Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

We want you to feel good about ordering from Air Barrel Apparel while also keeping our small-business process fair and sustainable. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Returns on Standard Merchandise

For regular, non-custom Air Barrel Apparel merchandise, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In clean, resellable condition

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, or otherwise cannot be resold are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

For returns due to sizing, change of mind, or other reasons not caused by an Air Barrel Apparel error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Custom, Personalized & Special-Order Items

Custom, personalized, team, business, name-and-number, special-order, and one-off merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or Air Barrel Apparel made an error in the order.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If we send the wrong item, wrong size, wrong design, or your order arrives with a legitimate manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. When the problem is confirmed, Air Barrel Apparel will make it right at our expense with an appropriate replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and merchandise clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Air Barrel Apparel does not issue refunds for eligible customer-choice returns before the merchandise has been returned.

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable return, refund, and buyer-protection rules. Where TikTok Shop's rules differ from this policy, the requirements that apply to the TikTok Shop order will control.

To request a return or report a problem with an order, contact Air Barrel Apparel through our website contact page or at airbarrelapparel@yahoo.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
